NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002981 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Keri Sharpe, Edward Sharpe III, Lakeview Village Homeowner's Association of Brandon, Inc., Valerie K. Farmer, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2018 following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
