NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 5, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-001664, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP is the Plaintiff, and HAYTHAM A. DAAS; PEGGY A. DAAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND LYING IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 36, RUN NORTH 00°12'30” EAST (ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 238.83 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°48'29” WEST 25.0 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT-OFWAY LINE OF VALRICO ROAD AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89°48'29” WEST 213.75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 42°57'31” WEST 244.60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°46'49” EAST 381.09 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF VALRICO ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 0°12'30” WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 179.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
