NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Order entered on June 27, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-002104, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein GULFVIEW INVESTMENTS, LLC, is Plaintiff and ASHLEY L. HICKS, is Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for case electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of October, 2018 at 10:00 AM, EST. on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 1, Southwind Subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 189, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
