NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2018 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on October 30, 2018, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
UNIT 104, BUILDING F, RUSTLEWOOD AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4665; PAGES 132 THROUGH 160, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 46 THOUGH 51; AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 48; CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 63; CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 120 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 88 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
