NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29th, 2018, and entered in 17-005125-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and GRAHAM C. JOHNSTON A/K/A GRAHAM CHARLES JOHNSTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRAHAM C. JOHNSTON A/K/A GRAHAM CHARLES JOHNSTON; RICK WILLIAM HIGGINS A/K/A RICK HIGGINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICK WILLIAM HIGGINS A/K/A RICK HIGGINS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
