NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2018, and entered in 17-003922-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-GP2 is the Plaintiff and TRUST COMPANY ABC, LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR REAL ESTATE FAMILY HOLDING LLC, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 15, 2014; JASMIN MASIC; SANELA MASIC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 02, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
