LYNCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN P. LYNCH; ANDREA F. ORR-LYNCH A/K/A ANDREA ORR LYNCH A/K/A ANDREA F. LYNCH-ORR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA F. ORR-LYNCH A/K/A ANDREA ORR LYNCH A/K/A ANDREA F. LYNCH-ORR; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY are the Defendant(s).
