NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 4, 2018 in Civil Case No. 15-006966-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-EFC7 is the Plaintiff, and VIENDA R. BYNUM; LVNV FUNDING LLC.; BEVERLY JEAN MANUEL AS SUCCESSOR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ANNIE MAE BYNUM; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 13 AND LOT 14, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 6, POWERS BAYVIEW ESTATES, PLAT BOOK 018, PAGE 005, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
