NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure and dated the 12th day of September, 2018 and entered in Case Number 17-004106-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit;
The North 200 feet of the following described property:
Starting at the Southeast corner of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, and thence run North 89º19'38” West, 225.00 feet; thence continue North 01º26'21” East, 371.67 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 01º26'21” East, 300.00 feet, thence run South 89º22'01” East, 125.00 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway 19; thence run South 01º26'21” West along said Westerly right-of-way, 300.00 feet; thence run North 89º22'01” West, 125.00, to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being situate in Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Sale of the above referenced real property shall be held by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, at a public sale on November 13, 2018, to the highest bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031 and pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2018, and entered in this action. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
