Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 29, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT THIRTY-ONE (31), BAY PINES ESTATES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 49, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9719 50TH AVENUE N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33708; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 17, 2018 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
