NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2018, and entered in 17-005346-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER SECURITIZATION SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2005 STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and HOLLY K. GALL AS TRUSTEE OF THE AUSTIN FAMILY LAND TRUST #16210-3; DEANNA AUSTIN AKA DEANNA R. AUSTIN AKA DANNA AUSTIN; WILLIAM AUSTIN AKA WILLIAM H. AUSTIN are the Defendant(s).
