NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-005146-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Charidy Bunsa a/k/a Charidy L. Bunsa, Justin Murphy a/k/a Justin E. Murphy, City of Largo, Florida, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 2 AND ALL OF LOT 3, BLOCK D, LARGO HEIGHTS REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
