NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000024 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.a., is the Plaintiff and Alan R. Lovell, Lou Ann Lovell, Unknown Tenants/Owners N/K/A Allison Lovell, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
