NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-000357-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FM1 is the Plaintiff and Refik Mustafic; Unknown Spouse of Refik Mustafic; Merima Ahmetovic; Unknown Spouse of Merima Ahmetovic; Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 26.87 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 10, LESS THE NORTH 18.16 FEET AND THE WEST 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE EAST THEREOF, GOLDEN CREST, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
