NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41-2017-CA-001305 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Willie Mae Haisley, deceased, Andre Haisley, Eric Haisley, Kaare Westby, Manatee County, Florida, Rene' Taylor a/k/a Rene L. Taylor a/k/a Renia Taylor a/k/a Reina Taylor, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Suncoast Credit Union f/k/a Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, William Armstead, Jr., deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Jernita Siplin, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
