NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA003850AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and Lee A. Hurst; The Watch at Waterlefe Condominium Association, Inc.; The Watch II at Waterlefe Condominium Association, Inc.; Waterlefe Master Property Owners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 24-B, THE WATCH II AT WATERLEFE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1782, PAGE 1220, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGE 155, TOGETHER WITH AMENDMENT/SUPPLEMENT RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1784, PAGE 401 AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGES 17 THROUGH 172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
