Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered on AUGUST 1, 2018, in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 894, OF INWOOD UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 35A AND 35B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.polk.realforeclose.com on 15TH day of OCTOBER, 2018.
