NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001421000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Caliber Home Loans, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Dionne Marie Sims a/k/a Dionne Sims, Lake Van Homeowners Association, Inc. f/k/a Lake Van Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 15th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
