NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2018, and entered in 2018CA000500000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (''FANNIE MAE''), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, is the Plaintiff and INEZ LOYED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF INEZ LOYED are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 29, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
