NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-002744 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., CSAB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and David T. Wilson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 2, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 337, INDIAN LAKE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 11, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
