NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on August 31, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2016CA002173000000 , of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MARIE CALICE A/K/A MARIE LUDINE CALICE; GILBERT CALICE; THE TIME INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC.; THE GROVES OF LEGACY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEGACY PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A FANES TULME; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A RACHELLE SIMON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE CALICE A/K/A MARIE LUDINE CALICE N/K/A SCHUBERT PIERRE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 29, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 391, LEGACY PARK - PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 129, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
