NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 13, 2018, entered in Case No.: 2018-CA-000406 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein MICHAEL S. PHY; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL S. PHY, are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on October 17, 2018 by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the above prescribed date at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:

NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
