NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I, dated June 12, 2018 and entered in Case No 18-CA-477 of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples 34112, At 11:00 AM and on the 18 day of OCTOBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in that Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure attached as Exhibit A:
A parcel of land described in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 47 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida: The East one-half (E 1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 25, less the North 50 feet for County Road 846; and the East one- half (E 1/2) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 25; and East one half (E 1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast one- quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 25.

Commencing at the Northeast comer of Section 25, Township 47 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida. Run North 89°22'10” West 332.65 feet along the North line of said Section 25, said line also being the center line of C.R. 846; thence South 00°09'10” West 50.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of C.R. 846 and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 00°09'10” West 2,611.52 feet; thence North 89°24'40” West 1,334.60 feet along the East-West 1/4 line of said Section 25; thence North 00°14'19” East 1,331.26 feet; thence South 89°23'20” East 333.51 feet; thence North 00°12'14” East 1,281.09 feet to the said South right-of-way line of C.R. 846; thence 89°22'10” East 997.97 feet along said right-of-way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

The West one-half (W 1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 25, less the North 50 feet thereof and less the South 30 feet thereof reserved for road purposes, lying and being in Township 47 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida.

The West one-half (W 1/2) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 25, Township 47 South, Range 27 East, less the North 30 feet thereof, reserved for road purposes, said land lying, being and situated in Collier County, Florida.

The East one-half (E 1/2) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 25, Township 47 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida.
