NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2018 entered in Civil Case No.: 2016CA001955 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11, Plaintiff, and HILARION A. RAMIREZ A/K/A HILARION RAMIREZ; CARMEN RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A ALEX RAMIREZ et al; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 18 day of October, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 103, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 50, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
