NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2017, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on October 18, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
THE NORTHWESTERLY 125 FEET OF LOT 13, SOUTHWIND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 16 THROUGH 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of
sale shall be published as provided herein.
