NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2018 in the above styled cause, the clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami TrAIl, Naples, Florida at 11:00 AM on October 18, 2018, the following described real property, to wit:
Units 413 and 414, GULF COAST BANK BUILDING, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 2238, Pages 1897, et seq., of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in all common elements appurtenant thereto.
Subject to: 1) the Declaration of Condominium of Gulf Coast Bank Building; 2) the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and Rules and Regulations of Gulf Coast Building Association, Inc., 3) Restrictive Covenants, Conditions, Limitations, Agreements Reservations and Easements of record; 4) Real Estate Ad Valorem Taxes for the year 2013, and all subsequent years; 5) Zoning, Building Code and other Use Restrictions imposed by governmental authority; 6) the right of Sunmasters of 3860 North Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida to two (2) parking spaces on Block A, Cypress Wood Estates Plat No. 2, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 30, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; and 7) Encroachments as per that certain Survey dated July 14, 1994 and prepared by Action Surveys, Project No. 94-1247
