Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 1302, COZUMEL CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR COZUMEL, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2380, PAGE 944, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on October 18, 2018.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
