NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001512-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TIAA, FSB d/b/a EverBank, Plaintiff and Carol Smith are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA. REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 9:00 A.M. on October 25, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
