NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (CONSENT) dated September 20, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 000173 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST CO FKA BANKERS TRUST CO, AS TRUSTEE RALI 2005-QS15, Plaintiff, and ALBERT R. DEERING, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ALBERT R. DEERING REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 2003; MAIRA B. DEERING, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE MAIRA B. DEERING REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 2003; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, OF THE ALBERT R. DEERING REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 2003; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, OF THE MAIRA B. KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 18th day of January, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (CONSENT), to wit:

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
