HAVENS; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; SOUTH GATE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM SECTION ELEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
