YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title for property located at 7140 Midnight Pass Road, Sarasota, Florida 34242, whose legal description is as follows:
Lot 2, Block B, Point of Rocks Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 216, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sheryl A. Edwards, Esquire, THE EDWARDS LAW FIRM, PL, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 500 South Washington Boulevard, Suit 400, Sarasota, FL 34236, on or before October 29, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
