CHENEY; LAURA C. CHENEY; CAPE HARBOUR AT CAPE CORAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; IBERIABANK, a Louisiana state bank, Defendants, the Clerk of the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the 28 day of December, 2018, the following property:
LOT 29, BLOCK 6501, CAPE CORAL CAMELOT UNIT 75, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 37 THROUGH 49, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
