NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2018 in Case No. 18-CC-001988 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and JEROME P. SUNDERLAND, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on October 19, 2018. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

Condominium Unit No. 1 Tract No. K in PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, a condominium all as set out in Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, recorded in Official Records Book 1012, at Page 373, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and Certificate of Amendment of Condominium Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 1024, at Page 577, and further amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 1046, at Page 1594, and further amended by Certificate of Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1176, at Page 723, and as described by the plans thereof in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 82, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, including without limitation an undivided share in the common elements of said Condominium and all other interest appurtenant to said Unit under the provisions of said Declaration. This Deed is given SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO THE FOLLOWING Taxes for the current year and subsequent years; applicable governmental zoning ordinances; conditions restrictions, limitations and easements of record; the terms, conditions, provisions, covenants and agreements as set forth in the aforementioned Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
