AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS; PINEAPPLE LENDING, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT representing tenant in possession of the property located at 1009 NE 8th Street, #13, Cape Coral, Florida 33909,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed on the 20 day of September, 2018, and entered in case No. 17-CC-002639 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ANDULUSIA COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM TWO ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DERRICK RUSSELL and CAROLYN M. RUSSELL are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 13, ANDULUSIA COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument No. 2007000001566, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in Declaration of Condominium
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
