NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2018 , and entered in 18-CA-001444 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LOURDES CORZO, DECEASED; NATASHA CORZO are the Defendant(s).
