NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 13, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-002912 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and BARBARA A DIETTER; THOMAS E DIETTER; COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES ASSOCIATION OF LEHIGH ACRES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
