YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following described property located in Lee County, Florida:
An easement for roadway purposes over and across the following described lands: From the concrete monument marking the center of Section 29, Township 45 South, Range 24 East run S 1° 02' E along the west line of the southeast quarter (SE1/4) of said Section 29 for 127.96 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein described; From said point of beginning run S 44° 12' E for 36.54 feet to a point 25 feet east of the west line of said southeast quarter (SE1/4); thence run S 1° 02' E parallel with and 25 feet east of the west line of said southeast quarter (SE1/4) to a point 169 feet north of the south line of said Section 29; thence run west parallel with and 169 feet north of said south line for 25 feet to an intersection with the west line of said southeast quarter (SE1/4); thence run N 1Ëš 02' W along said west line for 2324.8 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Bearings hereinabove mentioned are true from State Road No. 867 Centerline Survey.
