COMES NOW, the Plaintiffs, GAIL KESTER CLARK and THOMAS CLARK, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on August 30, 2018. Case No: 18-CA-4219.
1. Lot 6, Block C, of FOREST PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 943, Pages 219 through 223, inclusive, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 213 Shrub Lane North, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 4575 Via Royale, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before November 5, 2018, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
