NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-000373 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL S. ZOUMBEROS A/K/A MICHAEL STAVROS ZOUMBEROS; MAREDA F. ZOUMBEROS; CAPITAL ONE F.S.B.; CAPITAL ONE BANK; WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING LLC; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, G.P.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL S. ZOUMBEROS A/K/A MICHAEL STAVROS ZOUMBEROS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAREDA F. ZOUMBEROS; LVNV FUNDING LLC, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of October, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 7, SEMINOLE CREST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
