U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3, is Plaintiff and JOHNATHAN TURLEY A/K/A JONATHAN TURLEY A/K/A JONATHAN A. TURLEY; LISA ANN TURLEY A/K/A LISA A. TURLEY A/K/A LISA TURLEY A/K/A LISA ANN POLK, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of OCTOBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1⁄4 OF THE NE 1⁄4 OF THE NE 1⁄4 OF THE NE 1⁄4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 295.00 FEET THEREOF. TOGETHER WITH A PRIVATE ACCESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 20.00 FEET OF THE EAST 295.00 FEET OF SAID SOUTH 1/4 OF THE NE 1⁄4 OF THE NE 1⁄4 OF THE NE 1⁄4 SUBJECT TO EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY FOR SMITH RYALS ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
