NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment filed September 18, 2018 and entered in Case No. 17-004261-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and NANCY HUNTER, PARK LAKE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on DECEMBER 18, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 16 AND WATER LOT 16 A PARK LAKE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGE 82 AND 83 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
