Final Judgment was awarded on June 26, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-006491-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is the Plaintiff, and TRUST NO. 1430NHA DATED DECEMBER 26, 2013, LAND TRUST SERVICE CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO PROTECT, CONSERVE, SELL, LEASE, ENCUMBER OR OTHERWISE MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUES 689.071 AND 689.073; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST NO. 1430NHA DATED DECEMBER 26, 2013, LAND TRUST SERVICE CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY, TO PROTECT, CONSERVE, SELL, LEASE, ENCUMBER, OR OTHERWISE MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES 689.071 AND 689.073; DAVID M.
