Final Judgment was awarded on June 27, 2018 in Civil Case No. 15-004902-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC3 is the Plaintiff, and JUNE E. COCO; CITY OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA; BPTR, LLC; THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF 1527 SANDALWOOD DR, DUNEDIN, FL 34698 F/K/A TONY DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 30, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134, BLOCK K, RAVENWOOD MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 92-94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
