NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (CONSENT) dated September 17, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-000407-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM E. MARTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A HENRY MORRILL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A DAIMARA MORRILL, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of November, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (CONSENT), to wit:
LOT 3, LESS THE SOUTH 24 FEET THEREOF, AND THE SOUTH 37 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK A, OAK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
