NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-006297 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR.COOPER, is the Plaintiff and Anthony P. Newman a/k/a Anthony Paul Newman, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Tamas Krim, Kristine B. Newman a/k/a Kris B. Newman, Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Donna Lantz, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 29, FOREST SQUARE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 27 AND 28; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNFY FLORIDA.
