NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-003511-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK as Indenture Trustee for Newcastle Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Donna Holck, Gary Holck a/k/a Gary J. Holck, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 40, ARVIS CIRCLE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
