SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office to provide a Jail Inmate Management System (JIMS) for the Pinellas County Jail until 2:00 p.m. EST., December 17, 2018. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference/tour will be held on November 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Submittals must be sealed and marked “Request For Proposal No. 18-05 and the closing date”.
