NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-001571-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Mortgage Securities, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and Steven C. Heller a/k/a Steven Heller; The Unknown Spouse of Steven C. Heller a/k/a Steven Heller are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK B, SUNRAY BEACH HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 18 AND 19; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
