NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-008091-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and GARY STEVENS SUNDAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY STEVENS SUNDAY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK “F”, PARKWOOD SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
