NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-008280-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series 1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Aleck G. Brooks, deceased, Barbara J. Brooks a/k/a Barbara Jane Brooks a/k/a Barbara Ferguson a/k/a Barbara Brooks, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 13TH day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
